Privacy policy
We use the information you share with Pawfect Stay to respond to questions, plan safe care for your dog, manage bookings, and communicate about payments and cancellations.
What we collect
Booking details include your contact information, address, emergency contact, and your dog’s care needs. Please share only what is relevant to their care, and make sure your emergency contact knows you have provided their details.
Payments and messages
When payment is available, Stripe processes card information securely. Pawfect Stay does not store card numbers. Our email provider delivers booking messages and contact inquiries. Booking records are stored in our server database and are accessible through authorized administrator access, your member account for member bookings, or your private link for guest bookings.
Your account
If you create an account, we store your email, a securely hashed password, and any customer details or dog profiles you choose to save. You can save up to five dog profiles. Editing a profile does not change the care details recorded for an existing booking.
Your private guest booking link
Anyone with your private link can view and cancel your booking. Keep it private. Contact us if you think it has been shared accidentally.
Storage and your choices
We keep information needed to provide care, manage bookings, resolve questions, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. You can email staywithlily206@gmail.com to request access, correction, or deletion of your information. We may need to retain records required for payments or legal obligations.
Cookies
Customer accounts and the owner dashboard use essential sign-in cookies. Booking details are submitted to our server; we do not use advertising cookies on this website.
